Certain applications, such as operations within a confined space, require the use of a retrieval system as well as the fall arrest function. The AD515 has an integrated winch which, in an emergency, can be used to raise a colleague who has had an accident or become ill. Integrating this type of system into the arrest device allows fast and efficient rescue operations to be carried out. Adaptor AT0515 allows the AD515 to be directly mounted on the foot of the AM100 tripod, thereby making the system yet more efficient (shown in picture).
