Position: Mobile On-Site Lifting Equipment Inspector

Location: North West, Birmingham/Manchester (there may also be a need from time to time to work from one of our other locations)

Hours: Monday - Friday
             08:00am - 5:00pm (with some overtime expected) 

Contract Type: Permanent

Rigging Services now has a fantastic opportunity for new Mobile On-Site Lifting Equipment Inspectors in the North West & Midlands.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To carry out periodic examinations of lifting equipment and accessories in accordance with all statutory regulations for our clients and our own inventory.
  • To ensure that all company standards are upheld, in particular working to all safety specifications and legislation
  • To help maintain a large inventory of hire equipment
  • To be actively involved in stock control, data entries and other processes as required from day to day
  • Work closely with the Hire Controllers and Branch Managers to ensure the inventory is correctly processed and store
Skills/Qualifications:
  • LEEA qualifications are essential; additional training is offered on other items
  • Electrical or hire inspection background
  • Driving Licence
